Designed to be worn like a vest, each dog harness is made from soft easy-mesh with a cute wings appliqué on one side.

The soft dog harness fastens with Velcro to the neck and chest and has a reinforced nylon strip down the back with two strong d-rings for leash attachment.

XS will fit a tiny dog with a chest of 9-11 inches (23 - 28 cm)
