Wholesale and Dropshipping Terms of Business

Terms of Business – Wholesale Customers

We ask for a minimum first order of £150.00 (excluding VAT ) £180.00 including VAT

·       

There are no minimum orders thereafter as long as you keep your account active (order at least every six months) – you can order as much or as little as you like. 

·       

All wholesale prices exclude VAT which is added to your order.

·       

Carriage within the UK is free if you order above £250 (excluding VAT).

·       

We do not allow sale or return of our products to ensure that everything offered is sent in pristine condition.

·       

We do not allow our products to be sold on Ebay.

·       

For website customers we can provide electronic images for you to use online.  Under no circumstances must these images be used for any other purpose than to promote those specific items (i.e. for company stationery or website design). 

·       

Payment via Bank Credit Transfer, Cheque or debit card is preferred.  However we do accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard.

·       

For account customers we offer payment terms of 15 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments will incur a 5% annual interest charge.

·       

All overseas orders must be paid in full before items will ship.

 

Terms of Business – Dropshipping Customers 

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ENROLING ANY MORE DROPSHIPPING ACCOUNTS.

·       

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £150 (excluding VAT) when you open an account with us.  This gives you authorization to use our images on your website.  We use this deposit against orders you place with us.

·       

Please do not use the wording from the products on our website.  Google does not like duplicate wording when analyzing websites for Search Engine Optimization and therefore we ask that you customize the words to your own.

·       

We charge a 10% handling charge for all dropship orders and postage and packing is charged at cost.

·       

We prefer a branded packing slip stating your returns policy to be emailed to orders@petzcrazee.com to accompany each order.  If we do not receive this we can send a generic one with each order but this will not have any returns information.

·       

We will not handle returns from your customer.  If your customer wishes to return it they must send it back to you.  If you wish to return items to us we ask that you ensure they are in pristine, resellable condition.  We will also charge a 15% restocking fee. 

·       

We will only dropship items from the current collection.  It is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure their website is up to date with the latest collection which can change at any time depending on stock availability.

·       

We do not allow our products to be sold on Ebay and ask you to maintain the correct RRP as listed on our website.

·       

If items are in stock they will ship within 3 business days.  We use Royal Mail or FEDEX UK courier depending on the weight/size of the order.  International orders are charged at cost and tracking will be required for items of value.   If items are out of stock with our suppliers they sometimes take 2-3 weeks to come in.  Please advise your customers accordingly.
